Docurier does not write invoices.
Docurier is a mailbox. It gives your business a Peppol address, checks incoming electronic invoices and makes them available to you in readable form. What Docurier does not do: write invoices for you.
What remains unchanged
Your invoicing software stays in use for all outgoing invoices you write. Your tax advisor remains responsible for your bookkeeping and your evaluations. Docurier does not take the place of any of these.
What Docurier does
Docurier receives electronic invoices that your business partners send via the Peppol network to your Peppol address and reliably transfers them to your mailbox. There, every invoice appears readable in the browser and as a PDF, in addition to the original file.
What Docurier is not
Docurier is not an invoicing program. You do not create invoices with Docurier, and we have no intention of changing that. An invoice you have written in your own software can be sent to your business partners via Docurier. It is written where you write it today.
Docurier is also not GoBD-compliant, tamper-proof archiving. Received documents remain available for reading and downloading. For legally compliant retention over ten years, there isGetMyInvoices, also by fino data services.
This promise applies as long as Docurier exists. If anything changes about this role, the date above changes, not the commitment itself.
