Docurier receives your suppliers’ e-invoices and delivers yours via Peppol. In Claude, you can see what’s arrived and send off completed invoices. You decide what gets sent.

Sending invoices

To your customers
  1. You tell Claude which invoice to send

    “Send invoice INV-2026-117 to Acme GmbH.”

  2. Claude checks the recipient

    You attach the e-invoice as a file, or Claude fetches it from your invoicing software if it has its own MCP server. You review the details and approve.

  3. Docurier validates and delivers

    The invoice goes out via Peppol, straight to your customer.

How to use Claude for your e-invoices

No special commands or set phrases required. Just say what you need. Here are three example requests:

If your invoicing software is connected, Claude fetches the invoice from there. If not, just attach the e-invoice file. Nothing is sent until you approve it.

Claude checks whether your customer is reachable on the Peppol network and searches the public Peppol directory by company name and country.

What the MCP server can do

Docurier gives Claude five tools, and Claude picks the right one for each request. Each connection is limited to one Docurier account, and you can disconnect it at any time in your Docurier settings.

Connect Docurier to Claude in three steps

    Create your Docurier account

    Register your company. We usually confirm it right away, otherwise by the next business day at the latest. We’ll set up your Peppol address for you.

    Add Docurier to Claude

    Open Docurier in the Claude directory, add the connector and sign in with your Docurier account.

    Ask your first question

    Ask Claude what’s come in or whether a customer is reachable via Peppol, or have it send a completed invoice.

What does it cost to use Docurier in Claude?
Nothing. The connector, registration and your Peppol address are free, and so is sending and receiving e-invoices.
Does Claude create my invoices?
No. You still create your invoices in your usual invoicing software. If it’s connected to Claude, Claude fetches the finished e-invoice from there and sends it via Docurier once you’ve approved it. You can also give Claude the e-invoice file directly or upload it to Docurier in your browser.
Do I need a Docurier account?
Yes. Claude works with your Docurier account. Signing up is free and only takes a few minutes.
What if my customer can’t receive e-invoices yet?
You can ask Claude before you send. If your customer isn’t reachable via Peppol yet, send the invoice to their email address in Docurier. We’ll invite them on your behalf and deliver the invoice as soon as they’re ready to receive it.
What invoice data can Claude see?
Claude retrieves the data it needs for your request from Docurier, such as the senders and amounts of invoices you’ve received. Each connection is limited to one Docurier account, and you can disconnect it at any time in your Docurier settings. Can I use Docurier without Claude?
Yes. Docurier is a mailbox for e-invoices that you can also use directly in your browser. Find out more on the Docurier homepage.
